 Since we only have one estimator (that's me the contractor), to keep our Design estimates free, we ask that all decision makers be available at the time of the free estimate. This way we can submit an accurate and thorough written estimate. The entire bathroom or shower remodeling process will be explained so you know what to expect.        

 

Step 1: Call us for your Free Design Estimate. We will bring a few tile samples to you for your new bathroom remodel or shower remodel. After our visit you will be sent via email an accurate pricing with "Detailed Scope of Work" so you know exactly what you will get and know exactly what it will cost. You will than have an accurate basis to make your decision as to whom you want to work with on your bathroom or shower remodeling project.

 

Step 2: Once you have the estimate in hand and you decide BRG is the perfect fit for your remodel - we will meet you at our quality tile supplier warehouse and showroom where they have many styles of tile to choose from and a designer on staff to help, at no extra cost. We will recommend type and size of tile that is based on your budget and matches the design style you want.

 

Step 3: Once the bathroom tile has been approved by you, we order the tile and we make sure all materials and any other products such as a vanity, plumbing fixtures, faucets, toilet etc. are in hand before we start. We want to make the process as smooth and efficient for you as possible.

 

Step 4: The build. On the scheduled day, your dedicated team arrives at your home ready to go - the same team that will work in your home daily until the project is completed. Depending on the size of your bathroom and the extent of changes their will be two or three qualified men. We take care to protect your home during renovation. Shut your eyes and before you know it your dream bathroom is completed! On time, on budget, every time. That’s our guarantee.
 

We work with Homeowner's: Homeowners have the option to purchase their own bathroom shelving, mirrors, lighting, vanity, toilets and accessories to be installed. Customers may purchase their own plumbing mixer valve/shower trim kit and faucets. Since BRG warranties installation of these plumbing fixtures we limit the brands in which we will install. These brands are Moen, Delta, Grohe or Kohler for mixer valves - trim kits and faucets. These fixtures must be on hand before your bathroom remodel begins or we would not be able to meet our deadline. Most of the time painting is done by the homeowner to save money or just because they like to paint.
